Quitting smoking may seem like an impossible task, but it’s really not as hard as it seems when we know how our enemy operates.
I declared war with nicotine, this is why I referred to nicotine as an enemy.
It is true that the thought of abstaining from smoking may be a scary thought.
But the secret to being a happy non-smoker (and not just merely abstaining) is to start by understanding that nicotine does not give us any real ‘pleasure.’
The best way to beat nicotine is by understanding how he works.
